YOu take that metro line to Place de Clichy, change to line two in direction of CDG Etoile where you transfer to line 6 which goes to Bir Hakeim which is right next to it pretty much.

Alternatively one could go to Invalides and transfer to line 8, direction Balard, get off at the école militaire stop and walk to the Eiffel tower.

You might want to familiarize yourself with this site:

www.ratp.fr

so you don't have to keep asking about individual trips on the metro.

Instead of getting off line 13 at Place de Clichy, you could continue on to Invalides and transfer there to the RER C, taking it to Champ de Mars--Tour Eiffel. If you do that, you'll only make one connection.
