Well, walking would take a long time. There are several quicker options which would involve vehicular transport, namely automobiles, trains, and in come cases buses.
Which would you prefer?
By the way, where is Praga? Is it in France or the Netherlands?

Check www.whichbudget.com for cheap intra-Europe flights. It can be cheaper than taking a train, in the case of Prague.
For trains to Amsterdam from Paris, go to www.voyages-sncf.com.

flights would ordinarily be cheaper than the train. In addition to StCirq's reference also try www.skyscanner.net
However you could take overnight trains Paris to Prague and Prague to Amsterdam and save hotel cost each night and that could factor into perhaps a cheaper way.

I like to use www.bahn.de to check train schedules across Europe - but the french site StCirq will give you the same info.
The fastest trains from Paris to Prague take 11-12 hrs, and require 1 to 2 changes enroute.
First thing I'd do is invest in a map of Europe and look at the distances you're talking about.
