Hotels on our tour

Has anyone stayed at these hotels in Italy?
In Venice-Hotel Riviera or Hotel Buon Pesce
In Florence-Hotel Palazzo Ricasoli or Hotel Ogni Santi
In Rome-Mercure Piazza Bologna
I'd appreciate any info about the hotels, cleanliness, staff, location, location, etc.
Thanks, Norma

Hi Norma, be sure to check out the locations of the hotels too. If the hotel is in a convenient location you can go out on your own when you are not doing soemthing with the group, you might want to go for a late night stroll or drink, or step out early in the am to take some special photos or just go get coffee on your own. If the tour group is booked out in the boonies you will be very frustrated! The first time we went to Italy it was with a tour group and this was something I looked at carefully.
