Hotels in Quiberon?
Hey guys and gals....I'm going to be getting into Quiberon on a train from CDG around 9:45pm....
Are there hotels that will be open then? I'm taking the ferry over to Belle Ile the next morning.
Thanks!

Yeah...I'm finding that out. Plus, what is available requires more than one night.
My issue is, I'm trying to get over to Belle Ile to meet a friend who's singing in an opera festival.
I arrive CDG on August 15th at 11:35pm. The only train direct from the airport to Quiberon leaves at 3:45 and arrives Quiberon at 9:30 pm via Auray. I don't think the ferries will be running that late, so I either need to stay in Paris and leave the next morning- losing another whole day...or get to Quiberon or even Auray and stay the night and take a morning ferry.
This has been challenging and frustrating!

The ferry schedule is on
www.smn-navigation.fr.
15 August is a public holiday and everywhere is likely to be busy. The last sailing from Quiberon to Belle-Ile on that date is at 2200. If the train were late, of course, you'd miss the ship and be stuck with nowhere to sleep.
I'd suggest stopping for a night in Vannes or Rennes and continuing to Belle-Ile in the morning. Auray is a small town and the railway station is a long way from the town centre, but Vannes and Rennes both have hotels close to the railway stations.
There is also a direct boat from Vannes to Belle-Ile, though you'd need to take a taxi or local bus to the departure point which is outside the town (www.navix.fr).

Thank you Geoff...I'll be checking on accomodations in those places. Staying somewhere after flying from Orlando to Paris, taking trains to whereever (another 4-5 hrs), I'll probably be glad to crash somewhere before continuing on!
