Hotels In Moscow.

I plan on staying there at hotel Belgrad when I make my trip. My friend told me that she could visit me at my hotel at night b/c they would think that she was a prostitute. LOL That's what she told me anyways. How is the security there at Belgrad? Are they pretty anal about having guests in your room there. Any info you give me would be helpful

You could have your friend register in the hotel with you and give her the second key. They surely would allow a hotel guest to enter.

Are you locked into that hotel? Hotel Budapest was where I stayed and it was inexpensive and quite nice. also very close to the Kremlin.

I've checked into hotels both in Moscow & St Pete with a friend of the opposite sex with no probs. I think this is because we are both non Russian and the hotel Marriott(Moscow)/Grand Htl Europe (St Pete). However, if one of us was Russian and the other a foreigner, we would have had a problem. Hotels are strict about having non-registered guests in hotel rooms.
