Hotel room "on the stage"
What does this mean?

1 double room with shower/WC "on the stage".

What does "on the stage" mean?

It means on the same floor, shared with other guests. Shower/WC are not-ensuite.

Not sure, but might be a typo error.

"Etage" is the german word for floor.
If that is the case it would mean "with shower and washroom on the same floor. Wich would be a double room only and sharing a common bathroom.
Not un-common in Europe and the rest of the world.
