Hotel Recommendations near Linate Airport, Venice and Florence
Meeting my son next week at Linate airport and would like any hotel recommendations near the airport. We are going straight to Venice so any hotels recommendations near the train station would be appreciated. And then to Florence so hotel ideas there would be great too.

You could just stay near Milano Centrale and take the Linate shuttle to the airport. It only takes 25 minutes, and it runs every half hour, and there are scads of hotels near Centrale. http://www.atm-mi.it/en/AltriServizi...es/airbus.aspx
Getting to an airport hotel and then shuttling to the airport won't be that much more convenient.
