I have never stayed there, but that is not the best area for a tourist to stay in Rome. It is far from most attractions, although you could take the Metro.

If you are just staying overnight, it would be OK.

The hotel is on the "wrong" side of Termini.

You would be better to try and get the Hotel Aberdeen, which is on the "right" side of Termini.

I have not stayed there - it is very close to Termini which IMO makes it very convenient if you are using the train to the airport or to travel onwards. Website looks nice, price is good - if the reviews on Tripadvisor are favorable it would seem to be a decent choice. We stay at Hotel Sonya - its a little more expensive - decent enough.
