Here's a thread that lists a whole bunch:

http://www.fodors.com/forums/pgMessages.jsp?fid=2&tid=1313504

And of these, I have personally had a good experience with www.webscapades.com - - English-speaking operators to talk it through with you, based here in the US, if you want the hand-holding.

Best wishes,

Rex
Hello, Robyn. You might want to try france.com to book your hotel. They have a nice description of all the arrondissements (sp) and reviews from people who have stayed in the hotels. My husband and I booked through this website last year with out any problems.

Robyn, As Laurina stated France.com is an excellent reservation site. We have reserved many times with them and never had a problem. They book many hotels in Paris, but not all of them of course. You can also fax or E-mail your hotel of choice if not avalaible on france.com.Be specific with your room requests. Most hotels will reply within a few days. Paris is very popular-book as early as possible!

Robyn,

I found a site called ely1212.com. It has a wide assortment of hotels to choose from and is pretty easy to use. You can see the rooms, where the hotel is located, check if they have an opening the night(s) you will be there, and book by holding the room with a CC. They also have a reasonable cancelation policy. It's worth a look. Happy Travels.

Greg
