Hotel Ducs de Bourgogne, Paris
Has anyone stayed at the Hotel Ducs de Bourgogne (near Louvre in the 1st)? The hotel seems to have everything we (2 adults and 13 year old) are looking for in a great location. However, I have not found any forum, book, etc. that rates it. Anyone know anything about it? Thanks!

I stayed at the Ducs de Bourgogne last June, and would agree with the comments from Fred's posting. The hotel was pleasant and clean, and efficiently run. The rooms were small but not uncomfortably so--my single had a full bath, with tub and shower. And the rates were reasonable--I paid around $120 a night, as I recall. The location was great, a few blocks from the Louvre and only a short walk to the Left Bank over the Pont Neuf. There's a Metro stop at the end of the block, so I think you'd find the location convenient for reaching attractions in other parts of the city. Hope this is helpful. Please email me with any questions.
