Hotel by Kiev train station
Can any one suggest a decent, inexpensive, and safe hotel by the Kiev train station? My wife and I will be backpacking via trains to Warsaw, Vilnius, Riga, and Tallinn.
We will arrive at Kiev airport at 9:50pm, and plan to leave on a train to Warsaw at 1pm the next day.
Another option is to stay next to the airport. Is there such option, if so, any suggestion? (We could decide to fly to Riga, instead of taking a train. Yes, if so, we would have to cut out Warsaw from our itinerary.)
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
I booked a room at the Express Hotel when I thought I'd be in Kiev for a night. Arranged by email directly with the hotel. They responded promptly to my original enquiry and to a follow up advising of a date change. I don't know what your definition of inexpensive is - it would have cost me 369UAH (c. 82aud).
It's supposed to be close to the station, but as my plans changed I ended up having only half a day in Kiev and didn't need to stay overnight after all. So can't say how close, or whether it lives up to a 3 star rating.

Cheers.

If this response isn't too late, there are hotels near the airport:

Airport Hotel Boryspil is near the "B" terminal.
Then take a taxi (or bus) the next day to the train station (~ 30min. - 1hr depending on traffic).
At the train station there is a McDonald's on the outer corner of the parking lot, if you want to get something beforehand.

We plan to open a campsite at the beginning of spring.
There are two variants of his finding. 1- near a city Brovary (10 km
from Kiev), 2 - near a city Bucha (10 km from Kiev).
Price 10-15 euro/day
