I can't get the man at the hotel to tell me if the superior double room in the annex building is better than room 45(which is supposed to be nice) in the regular hotel. Can anyone help me? How is the Hotel Ala in Venice?

Just want input on staying in the annex as oppossed the real hotel. Anybody stayed there?

Karen- <BR>We stayed at the Belletini this June and we were in the annex. We were so lucky. It was amazing. The entrance is around the corner from the hotel and the door is about ten feet tall and you enter an indoor garden and then take a private elevator to your room. (there are five up there). We thought we were in paradise, it is all marble, with huge room and bathroom. And the best part is that you are in the heart of the city. You will love it in the annex, I would never stay anywhere else.

lexi thank you so much for your response. When I hear the word Annex it worriesme. Do you remember what roon number you were in? Someone on this site said they loved room 52 Do you have any views out of the windows? What kind of breakfast do they serve? Do the rooms have views? Thanks!

The annex in Bellettini is the place to stay; could not agree more with what the other writer posted. Spent 3 nites there in May; it was lovely!
