You can't get 23 couples and a single into a 4-bedroom apt.

So, 2500 euro / 3nights ~ 800 euro/ night / apartment.
That means 200 euro / bedroom. At this price you can look also for 4 studios in the same building. Maybe this is a better option, because if you take a 4 bedrooms flat I do not know how many bathroom do you have, and ithis can be a problem for 7 people.

I had the same reaction. Perhaps Sheila has some special reason for wanting to put 7 people together in 1 space, which I myself would be disinclined to do. It is obviously not for economy, since her budget is pretty lavish, particularly if she is not too exigent about location.

Perhaps some will be suspended from the ceiling on parachute holsters.

I have seen hotel rooms where there was more vertical space than horozontal, e.g. the Kensington Very Close Hotel.

We had one room where the bathroom was so narrow that I could touch the walls both left and right while standing in the center. The room itself was probably 8 feet wide. More of a slit than a room.

We're all good pals, and probably will eat in a bit. In my considerable experience, if you take studios or smaller units, you don't get a single big enough social space either to sit or to eat.

And you may think that's lavish, but have you SEEN the price of big flats in Paris???

There is a fairly current post on here by someone who found a 4-bedrm flat near the Nation metro stop, which looked pretty nice, and it was a good size place, also. It was only around 200 euro a night, as I recall. I think she found it on vrbo, but you can probably find that post.

We stayed in a lovely, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the Marais Bastille area of Paris (will sleep 6)- right near the Metro with views of the Eifel Tower. The owner also has a studio apartment right next door which I have not seen but believed to sleep 2-3. Not quite 4 bedrooms, but you may find this works as the 2 bedroom apartment has a nice spacious lounge/dining area.

oh, I really like that one in Passy just posted. I don't get that one on VRBO near rue d'Assas, though. It's very expensive (about 700 euro a day) and they talk about how luxurious it is, etc., and don't have a single photo on there, do they? They don't seem to understand marketing very well.

Friends and I stayed in 2 Paris Perfects apartments this summer. They have added a couple apartments that are fairly large.

They're not inexpensive, but they are all beautifully done and their kitchens are better stocked than my townhome! Most (if not all) are in the 7th and there are lots of take out places, restaurants, markets, etc., etc. The Picard store is my ultimate dream! There is one on rue St. Dominique and it has everything from appetizers to dessert in a frozen state to purchase, take home, and heat for dining in.
