We will be traveling to Tirana in September of this year and would like to rent a car from Tirana airport. We are planning to drive from Albania to Montenegro and then return the vehicle to Tirana airport a few days later.

Could you please confirm whether this is permitted?

We would also appreciate details on any additional fees, required insurance coverage, and any other conditions related to cross-border travel.

Who would you suggest from all the car rental companies?
