I enjoyed her reports too!
If none of you had her personal email address you didn't know her personally so you couldn't help her out as well. I am glad that Fodors doesn't give in to people's curiousity. If she wants to report some more she will, don't worry.

Hi all,
Paulineat www.slowtrav.com kindly contacted Phoebe for us.
She is very tired out from working the Xmas season.
On top of that, her Dad came down with pneumonia and her husband (having finally recovered from his back problem) now has a high blood pressure problem.
Phoebe says, "I think about my Fodor's friends almost every day..." and "Please tell everyone hello for me and I PROMISE, if there is still interest in my epic I will continue it".

A suggestion for PLMN: Because your thread has almost 400 replies it's becoming difficult to open and post a reply (even with my DSL). Could you start a "PLMN's Travels with Mom & Dad, Part 2" when you return to the Forum?

Too many family problems for sure.
