As far as walking is concerned, please note that Madrid, unlike Rome, has an extensive subway system.

They also have world class museums and of course museum walking can be tiring.

My husband and I are planning a trip to So. Spain End of April. I just discovered that is the time for the Feria de Abril in Seville. From April 28 to May 3. Sounds exciting but maybe too many people for us. Has anyone ever been to this? What do you think?
