Chill out zeppole. The OP is worried about jetlag and unfamiliar food. Both of which he'd have to worry about if he was traveling to France or Uganda. And he seems happy and grateful for the advice he's been given.
I'm just tired of people taking the time to give no advice and make others feel bad. What is the point?

Really appreciate all the advices...I'm writing all of them down in a book, to use when we pack and on the road. Normally, I'd pack just an hour or so prior to leaving my house. But this time is quite different.
But we'll go slower on this trip.
Thanks to all ...I'm sure we'll enjoy travelling with her.

I thought the post title was a takeoff on that French movie, Three Men and a Cradle (which was Three Men and a Baby in the US). The original French film was better, let's hope you do better than them.
