Help! Getting to Amsterdam

My husband and I are leaving next week for London, Dublin and Amsterdam. We have already booked aifare to Dublin but, are having much trouble locating inexpensive transportation to Amsterdam. What happened to the airfare? PLEASE HELP! Can you give us some advice on alternate means of travel from Dublin to Amsterdam? Depending on price, we are willing to bus, train, ferry or fly.!

DUB to AMS (via LHR) next week (one way) is US$160 (total including tax) on British Midland (www.flybmi.com/www.europebyair.com).

Aer Lingus has $53.62, (49 Euro), fares availible for Tues. and Wed. departures. Min. stay is 3 nights OR a Sat. night stay. Sale starts today.
I flew from AMS to DUB via Heathrow last year and it was far from a pleasant trip, in fact it was a nightmare. Endless hallway after hallway, down esclators, up escalators, around more hallways, having to change Euro to Pounds to buy a bottle of water after walking miles to make connections, I highly recommend you fly nonstop on Aer Lingus.

I have just the website for you:

http://www.travelfusion.com/

It compares the cost of the different modes of transportation and will find you the lowest fare. We used it when we went from London to Amsterdam last year.
