If it's between 9th June & 9th July, not Germany - the football (soccer) world cup is going on then.

Sweden in lovely in the summer time. Norway is good too but it's more expensive than Sweden.

I'm not about Ireland-maybe it's cheaper than the other two Scandinavian countries.

Germany is on the bottom of the list, in my opinion. I've travelled in Germany and I'm had enough of what I've seen but for a new tourist it might be charming.

If the hotel in Sweden is in Stockholm, this makes magic for summer days. The amount of water and the islands everywhere. Not cheap but good for the value of a vacation.

If you have never been to Europe, Germany is a comfortable place to start. If you are a seasoned traveler, I would go to Scandanavia.

I imagine that Germany will be pretty crowded all summer and that the Radissons have been booked solid for months, as teams arrive early for training and many fans will do the same to get some travel time in before the matches start. I expect many people will also remain in the area after the World Cup ends for the same reason.

Ireland will certainly be less expensive than Norway, not sure about price comparison with Sweden. I'm not sure how your coupons work but it could be that Norway, as the most expensive country on your list, would be the place to make the most of having hotel expenses covered.

Maybe check the locations of Radisson hotels and see how they would line up with an itinerary for these countries?

It really depends on what kind of travelling you want to do. I think Ireland has more to fill up an itinerary if you're looking to see several different places. Save Germany for another summer.
