Heathrow to Sloane Square

I am traveling solo with a small suitcase and carryon arriving from the USA. What is the most convenient public transportation option?
Thank you.

Piccadilly Line to Hammersmith Station, exit the train and walk a few feet directly across the same platform, board the next train (it will be an east bound District Line train), exit at Sloane Square - 5 stops from Hammersmith.

You can do the same thing at Barons Court plus the times I've done it there are no crowds.

No difference - either works. I use Hammersmith simply because it comes first and the platform seems less cramped
