JustAirports emailed me that they do this all the time and not to worry, I'm taking their advice and not worrying about anything until tomorrow when I'm sure I will stress out about something else I shouldn't stress out about.
Three more weeks...I can almost taste the Bass Ale it's getting so close.

What is the tipping policy for these services? We were quoted a price of £40. Thanks>>
aha - sneakily leaving the most difficult questions til last are you?
£40 is what I'd pay, but then you might want them to pick you up for the return journey, soooo

We tipped four pounds on a fare of 36.00 pounds going into London. (mostly this was for the ease of splitting the fare and each giving a 20 pound note)
On the way back out to Heathrow we left on separate days; I tipped about the same on a fare of 28.00 GBP and the day my Aussie friend left she tipped nothing on a fare of 30.00GBP.( Aussies aren't into the whole tipping thing)
I don't think you really need to tip them. In fact in retrospect I shouldn't have tipped anything on my trip from London to Heathrow as the driver was pretty surly.
