Heathrow Terminal 4 Hotel -- "Stuck" with Hilton?
From what I read here, the only logical option for an overnight stay next to Terminal 4 -- is the LHR Hilton.
We arrive at T4 late evening, to take next day's flight from the same T4.
Is the Hilton the ONLY adjacent hotel there? And if so, I think we're "stuck" with the Hilton, which means there is no sense on getting on PriceLine...
Am I right?

The Hilton is the only hotel attached to terminal 4 (and only hotel attached to ANY terminal). T-4 is quite remote from the other terminals.
Using PL will get you one of the hotels near T-1,2,3. But if it is a good enough bargain, why not?
But if you must stay at T-4 - then no, PL won't work.

Thanks, Jani.
Not staying at Hiltons usually (we're more of Holiday-Inn or Crowne-Plaza kind of people...) I was wondering, why don't I see the LHR Hilton in any of the Hotel.com kind of web site... The only place I can make a reservation is Hilton's...

For what it is worth, the Heathrow Hilton isn't bad: modern, fairly quiet (at least my room was), and darn convenient to T4. You can use a luggage cart/trolley almost all the way from the hotel lobby to the T4 check in counters, walking through a "tube" connecting the hotel and the terminal.

Thanks, dwhite.
I guess we ARE gonna be "stuck" with the Hilton, for better or worse.
At least the price include a buffet breakfast (which is actually true to ANY London -- and many other city's -- hotel).
And as for dinner (we're getting there around 9pm), since the Hilton restaurant is so expensive and bad (as I've read here) we'll probably walk back to the terminal for a quick, light, inexpensive bite.

If it helps at all Manamia:
I have stayed, at one time or other, in ALL the other 4-star hotels around LHR and the T4 Hilton is among the best, but none of them are particularly good: overpriced and awful food. Convenience comes at a price!
I always bring my own wine
regards Ger
