Britannia, $250 to make sure you made your flight home, I would have done just as you did. I'm sorry your vacation ended on such a sour note. If the store doesn't refund your money and offer an apology maybe the posters from the travel web sites can flood your contact person with a little old fashion pettition or boycot. You did the right thing.

Britannia, I think what happened to you was terrible, and I hope you get some satifsfaction from the company. Given that, I must add the following. Posting an email address on the internet is not good internet etiquette. I don't know the jargon, but there is software used to scan BBs on the internet for email addresses. You have now posted Rocio's email address and opened up the opportunity for internet criminals to drowned her in spam and potential viruses. It is best to type out email addresses i.e. rociodotnavarroat etc. Rocio's good will is necessary to your case, and I am sure by this time she has read your postings. Good luck, and I hope the company does deal with this terrible situation.

Britannia... you will probably not get any satisfactory
resolution.
If you can, put it behind you and move on.

Danon: Yes, I am moving on, thank you. Grapes: thanks for the tip on the e-mail. Now I know better.

I will just post if there is any findings, that is all.
