Has anyone used Tuscan Traveler/Ann Reavis in Florence?

We will be in Florence for 3 days in July and I just stumbled On the Tuscan Traveler website for tour guide Ann Reavis. I have been spoiled rotten by my cousin in Rome who is an actress and FABULOUS tour guide. So I am wondering if I should invest in someone for part of our time in FLorence. I have 2 teenage girls and an 11 year old boy.
Any advice from you vets????

thanks for the answer Bob! I found her profile on Slow Traveler and am hoping to find soemone who has used her to find out her personality, etc. We have been to Florence once 17 years ago and it seemed pretty easy to get around, but I thought this might add some interest.

I'm familiar with Ann Reavis from Slow Travel too, but have no personal experience to relate. I can, however, highly recommend Pauline Priore.

Alajan-thanks so much for your response! Have you used Pauline and what is it that you like about her?
