Has anyone used Tuscan Holiday Consultants for cooking classes?
I'm looking for cooking classes for 3 adults while we are in Florence. I found a sight called Tuscan Holiday Consultants that offers cooking classes that look wonderful. You can choose the menu from 6 different choices and it is very reseasonably priced at 85 euros per person. I'm just wondering if anyone on this board has used them. I've read about the accidental tourist cooking lesson but my daughter already knows how to make pasta and isn't interested in that. Does anyone have any imput on this company or any other good reasonably priced one day lessons in Florence? Thanks so much

Ekscrunch is right, Faith Willinger is a wonderful person. I know her and always enjoy her insight into the "Culture of Italian Food". Before you go get her book "Red, White, and Greens". It will give you a real insight of a cuisine "born of sunshine and poverty".
