It looks very modern but very nice. I wish they had shown the garden. 55€
sounds very inexpensive for being in that location.

I haven't stayed there, but it sounds very good value - in my book, staying with the locals always beats the s..t out of staying in an impersonal hotel. They can give you all sorts of tips that make your stay so much more a personal experience than one shared with the tourist masses.
