Has anyone stayed at the Hotel Saint Germain in Paris?

I never been but I saw it in the internet and look like OK. From there you walk(left) by the Sena river and in 10 minutes you should be at the Louvre Museum. I stay at the Saint Michael Hotel( on Saint Michael Blvd, few blocks back) and was OK (French Quarter) and from the Louvre you walk few blocks to Piramedes #1 and from there go out all tours.
