Blvd St-Michel is a busy street and will probably be noisy at night so you will have to keep your windows shut if you are facing the street. I see they have air conditioning but when are you going and when do they turn on the AC. Some hotels don't turn it on until it is officially summer. Looks like a nice hotel; I would ask for a room away from Blvd St-Michel although that is not always a guarantee that the side streets won't be noisy.

tuscanlifeedit - Thanks for the tip. I just reposted with a bit more info now that we've got more details about the trip.
adrienne - We are going in May so I'm thinking we won't need AC, but I'm told you never know what the weather might be that time of year. If we choose this hotel, we'll definitely ask for a 'quiet' room. Thanks a bunch!
