Has anyone done cycling tours in the Dolomites? Advice on routes?

Hi everyone,
I’m planning a trip to northern Italy next spring and considering doing one of the cycling tours Dolomites are known for. I've read about iconic passes like Giau and Sella, but would love to hear real experiences - especially from people who’ve done multi-day trips.

I found cyclinghero.cc while researching routes, and it looks helpful for planning based on fitness level and preferred terrain. Has anyone used it or done something similar self-guided? I’m moderately fit and looking for something scenic but not overly intense.

Any route suggestions or towns you’d recommend basing from?
