I am considering taking an overnight train either from Paris to Rome to Nice. I would go on a 1st class sleeper with my partner. We both would like to know if we would have our own bathroom? DO any such destinations offer a bathroom?

Yes, they're private, but they are also pretty compact. Not unlike small cabins on a cruise ship.

As Daniel says, you can have a shower en suite on the trains from Paris to Italy But Rome to Nice offers none such.
