Harry Potter Warner Bros Studio
My cousin and I (both retired librarians) will be in London this winter and plan to visit the Warner Brothers Studio Harry Potter attraction. I understand it is primarily a walk-through exhibit and would like to know if there are places to sit and have a rest through out? We're planning to take our time but will need to nurse a few aches and pains we've acquired over the decades. Also, what are the lunch options like? Thanks so much.

There are seats and benches scattered about -- not in every room/area but in lost of places. Much as in many museums where some rooms have benches and some don't. But also -- they have small portable/folding stools one can borrow.

I'd book a morning slot and take as much or as little time as you want -- everyone has a different 'interest' and 'tolerance' level. Some will rush through -- which would probably take 2 or 2.5 hours, the FAQ page says the average visit is about 3.5 hours. If one is really into HP plus the tech side of movie making, I can see it taking 5 hours (including breaks)
I spent almost 4 hours with a tea break and late-ish lunch.

It took me about 3 hours but could have easily spent 4 or more hours. But I was reigned in because of a prior tour to the Doctor Who Experience (may it live on!) which I was at for nearly 4.5 hours solo and my travel companions nearly went to the police to get me.
So if you are a big fan, plan accordingly!
