Non, c'est pas vrai, chéri. Bonne année à toi aussi, et espérons que 2017 sera mieux que 2016, aux Etats Unis (pas possible à mon avis) et aussi en France.

2017 starts with sleeping 14 hours a day.
And in france we keep kissing each other wishing us a happy new year and good health.
Result : I gave my cold to the family and 3 friends (that I know of).

Wish you a better recovery Woin!

2 weeks ago, a friend refused to kiss me (on the cheek) because that person had a cold. I would rather have gotten that kiss and the cold virus together with it, than having nothing. Not to say that a cold is not bad, but at that one time I really wanted to trade off.

My thoughts are with you, get well soon^^

My DH has come down with a cold today and is sneezing like nobody's business. I am quite sure it was all the kisses and hugs at our NYE dinner that caused this. Fortunately, we have great medicines and good doctors here. It's only rarely that someone you know will not kiss you because they are sick, and then they will apologize profusely for not doing so.
