Well they all look GREAT...! The first looks warm and inviting. The second one has risotto with pear and gorgonzola that looks so tempting! And the third has an interesting ravioli with creamed truffled ricotta.... yum!

I'm good with any that anyone chooses!

Agree they all look good. I think the second one (Salento) sounds the best for me, but really I'm good with any of them.

I will be alone and will be happy with either restaurant.

I should mention that I will have flown in that morning and might not be at my best, so I will apologize for any yawns in advance. I assure you they will not be a result of the company! I imagine I will have a light meal as well given the situation.

Update: Pariswat's travel plans have changed and he will not be able to join us.

If everyone else is still up for it, we can keep the plans as they were. PW said he made the reservations, but I have no idea under what name.

Would it mess up anyone's plans if we moved the time up to 19h00 or 19h30? If 20h00 is the only time that works for everyone else, I'll leave it at that.

If anyone else would like to join us, please post and I can update the reservation.

Thanks UNCalum for letting me know. I am not a late bird in the best of circumstances, so I can relate.

Looking back at the previous posts, I see he did say the reservation would be under the name Fodor's. And, he did tell me in an email. I've been crazy busy since arriving Monday afternoon, so my attention span has suffered.

So once swandav confirms an earlier time is okay and fuzz confirms, I'll call the restaurant and change the number of people to 4 and the time to 19h00.

Thank you Fury. I am obviously not paying attention here; mixing up Fuzz and Fury.

I've been crazy busy with scheduling inspectors/painters in to take care of damage caused by a broken washing machine in the upstairs apartment (flooding through ceiling of daughter's apartment). Continuous emails with the landlord. In addition to arrangements to replace a fridge that isn't working right.

Hallo! I'm here! I'm sorry to be so late posting to this, but Tuesday may not work for me either.

If I do manage to be there, yes, 19.00 is better for me than 20.00. Hope you don't have problems changing the reservation.

But I may not actually make it...

Since pw cannot make it, would anyone prefer to meet waaay earlier... like around 16.00 or 17.00 for a glass of wine? I'm just not certain that I can be there that night.

Earlier for drinks is fine for me. We don't have to do dinner. I'm very flexible.

Not sure about Fury. Also not sure what time UNCalum arrives.

What does everyone say? If it is just drinks, I can cancel the dinner reservation and we'd just have to decide where we'd like to meet for drinks.

I just did a web search and found a cafe/bar in the same neighborhood, should folks want to meet earlier --
