I'm away from my Outlook so I'll wait until Monday morning for contact.
It looks like dinner on the \23rd. ,probably at 8pm.
I'll ask fror a vote between two places:
L’Orso 80 is close to Piazza Navona and I’ve eaten there twice. It’s well known for a great antipasto (enough for a meal). It’s very much a local spot, but Fodorites have found it very nice and inexpensive.
Another is Ristorante del Pallaro, also near Campo de Fiori. The owner claims that it sits on the precise site where Julius Caesar was murdered. We have not eaten there yet, but have heard good things. Great simple food served family style. It is an 8 course meal (set price at 20E,I believe)which includes simple house wine and desert. The owner is suppose to be a hoot.
I'll try and get a final number early this week and get reservations.I probably will have a cell.
Looks like we'll have a great crowd.
Should be fun.
