Group dinners in Paris

I am organizing two group dinners (for business) in Paris in Sept. for groups of 10-15 people. One needs to be near Arc de Triomphe, one near Notre Dame. The ideas I have so far are La Cave Lanrezac and La Grappe. One concern is that they are too similar, both fairly traditional French cuisine and wine cellar "themed" for lack of a better word. I am looking for places with good food, but nothing over the top or too elaborate, and around 30-40Euro pp excluding wine. Something slightly different or fun would be nice but not essential. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

How about l'Alsace on the Champs Elysées for one of the meals? The food there is good, and Alsatian specialties are different enough from 'normal' French food to give you variety (and there are plenty of traditional French dishes on the menu as well if anybody balks).

why not have a look at lafourchette.fr?

you can select by area, group meals, type of cuisine, cost, date, etc, etc,

you might not book through them, but it would give you an idea of what's available,

I'd also suggest checking out Paris by Mouth, which is a great website for various Paris food related info. They have a "Top 5 for..." list, for various occasions - Sunday dinner, dinner with kids, etc. I'm certain they have a Top 5 for dinner with a large group, or something to that effect. www.parisbymouth.com. Good luck!

Le Reminet is very near Notre Dame and, when you come out in the evening, the first thing you see is the cathedral all lit up and lovely. I was part of a gtg there a couple of years ago and we reserved the wine cellar. The service and food were wonderful.

Citrus Etoile, right off the ADT is great. (6, rue Arsene Houssaye - 75008 Paris) We had a great 3 course dinner there that we really loved. I think they do 3 different prix fixe menus. It was small, but chic and I loved the orange awnings outside and the orange in the dining room. The chef is FRench, married to an American.
