It is easy to make the smiley. Just type in a colon and then a 'close parantheses' )
without a space between them.

Neopolitan

I am sorry. I did miss the message and mistakenly thought you were answering my message and couldn't figure it out.

UnaS - thanks for the smiley link. I'm going to enjoy playing around with those.

Well I hope you have a good trip too next time Milley, I was just concerned that you seemed so put off by what sounded to me like a perfectly reasonable response.

But then a lot of Brits can be extremely aggressive when provoked too so I'm used to it.(don't really know quite why we have this image of being terribly polite/stiff upper-lip all the time) so that wouldn't have scared me. God help anyone who made those American's comments in a bar or cafe near me! They would get much the same response but with a lot of bad language thrown in.

thanks Nona1

Absolutely nothing would put me off going back to Greece. I just love the country and so look forward to going back. We seem to have made friends there also and that has added a little bit of magic to it.

Have you been there?

Good grief.

Really bad behaviour doth never prosper - what's the reason?
Why, when really bad behaviour doth prosper
none dare call it bad behaviour.

(Apologies to John Harrison).
