I see on gotoday.com's web site that the packages use available airlines. For those who have purchased a trip thru them, what airline did you end up using. Are you able to request an airline? How would you rate your experience?

You can't request an airline, but I (and friends who've also used them) flew USAirways out of Philadelphia and Newark.

I know they also use Virgin.

My experience (twice) has been great--I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Jackie,
By the time you finish reading this e-mail, you'll think I own stock in Go-Today. We've used them 6 times & have a London trip coming up in October & a Paris trip scheduled for February!! AIRLINES?...let's see, Virgin Air on previous London trip. US Air on a Paris trip. Air Italia on Rome trip...ditto to Prague. You can't choose the airline but they only fly on major carriers. HOTELS? We've stayed in the lowest categories & the most expensive...always satisfied. If we didn't like the first room offered they were always very accommodating...never treated as if we were on a "bargain holiday". The Go-Today staff is very helpful...$20 more to book by phone.(or if you have a MAC you can only book by phone)
The company is extremely relieable!!!
The packages are such terrific bargains....if you have any additional [email protected]

I flew from Boston to Paris and then on to Rome on Air France. I was worried because we couldn't choose our flights but we were on nonstop flights to and from Paris.

Like Bailey, I have used gotoday.com for 6 trips. As others have said, you cannot request an airline. My flights have been on British Airways, United, US Airways, American and Delta. All were very satisfactory with the exception of Delta, however, that was no fault of Go Today.

On a couple of occasions I requested a change in flight schedule due to close connecting flight times, and they gladly changed them for me. I have never had a negative experience with Go Today.

I used GoToday to Venice last summer, because their hotel/air package was cheaper than just air for the time I needed to go--even with the add-on from Raleigh Durham. We wanted to fly into Venice, but out of Rome. They arranged that for us with no problem. We flew on Delta which was fine. We chose Hotel Diana in Venice which was about 3rd from the bottom and liked it. For anyone who wants to be in the middle of things, it was truly right around the corner from San Marco. The tickets arrived a few days after we booked. The hotel was nice with an Italian style breakfast and very helpful staff. When I need to use a package again, I will use GoToday.

Thanks for the responses. I was surprised by such positive experiences. I will have to keep an eye on them for future trips.
