I am going slightly mad...today we were able to get tickets (no asterisk on things you must fill out) BUT we can't seem to print them out. It keeps saying the url not available or something like that when we try to access our file.

..so my question is, can we do this in France? It seems once you have the tickets you can do it or that is what I think...anyway I got a confirmation slip. Do you think that will be enough??? Maybe it's the Mac that is the problem but i think they are a bit skewed..last night the form was different.

That will get you a ticket at the station.

Bring the same credit card you used to buy the tickets.

What kind of tickets do you have? There are only a few kinds that are ever printable, one of which is PREMs.

If you got PREMs, but can't print them, a couple others have reported on there that this function is not working temporarily on sncf.com. I'd keep trying every day.

I don't think there is any option to pick up PREMs in a train station, but I'm not sure about that. I know they don't give you that option when you buy them online.

oh, I forgot, the person who said it wasn't working was actually not given the option to buy PREMs for printing, and at that point the message said you cannot print them.

If you bought PREMs and selected the option of wanting to print them, and they let you, I'd just keep trying a bit. Maybe the website is just not working right for a while. Although as I recall, you were able to print them right when you bought them online (as well as again when you got an email).

Do you mean you got an email confirmation? If not, you probably haven't purchased them, sometimes it can look like a purchase went through online, but if you don't get an email confirmation, it didn't.
