We just got back too - ate at Train Blue Monday night. I had the 52E menu which included a half bottle of wine. Main courses were either Bar or Magret de Canard.

Hi nukesafe
Only just realised that people were still writing on this question. We both had 2 courses. I had Asparagus Tagliatelle and Dave had Steak with Bernaise sauce. For dessert Dave had Mango Creme Brulee and I can't remember what I had. We shared a bottle of Rose. It cost 123 euros and it was worth every cent. That equates to about $184 Aussie dollars which is quite expensive to my mind BUT it was a fantastic experience and the food was good. I will go there again if I get the chance and would recommend it to others.
Sorry I didn't notice your question earlier.

Strange you would think of doing a dinner cruise on the Seine that are notoriously poor and over priced and not think that the classic Le Train Bleu would be worth a look. Hmmmm.

Obviously I didn't go to the end as I should have.

One final question. It looks fabulous - would a solo diner feel out of place there?

Not at all.
When i showed the kids in my class the photos from Le train Bleu they reminded me that it is in a Mr Bean Movie, "Mr Bean's Holiday". He goes to Le Train Bleu on his own.
