Maybe worth remembering, there are two mindblowing Leonardos at the National Gallery--the Virgin of the Rocks, and the giant cartoon for the Virgin and St Ann , which is one of my favorite things in the world & which I almost didn't realize was there.

The Royal National Theatre is wonderful, on the South Bank near the Globe & the Tate Modern. Tix are 1/2 price 2 hours before the curtain. I got into 2 things (one sold out, no 1/2 price) at the last minute in August.
I don't think these tix are at Leicester Square.

Also, RNC is full of restaurants, sandwiches on up. And: VERY nice place to eat in British Museum, I went there more than once--pleasant setting, good food, good prices.

April,

Tower of London and Westminster Abbey. At the Abbey, pay the extra charge for a verger's tour. Well worth the extra cost.

Those are the only two 'musts' for me,but I didn't make it to the British Museum when I was there last year. On our next trip there, I will definitely get there!
