I heard a year or so ago that Ginny was closing her restaurant. I did not have a chance to get over there when in Paris Nov/Dec to check on it.

I have recently seen some restaurant reviews, so it must be open. Does anyone have any information? Is Ginny still there, or has she sold it ,or whatever?

Hello Joan - Putting it on my map of restaurants around the 7th. Will try and swing past there in July when we visit the Invalides. (I think my DH will enjoy the military part of it. I have been before).
On PagesJaunes it looks a lovely little place so I do hope someone will know if its still going.
Did you get my email of the Christian Constant stuff?

I saw a review a month or two ago that mentioned the Chef spoke English, so maybe not Ginny...

THey do have a second chef who is an Englishman from Birmingham

A couple of years ago my wife and I were planning a Paris vacation.You spoke of the car service that you used in Paris.We were so very pleased with them.As I planned for my trip this July I was frantic trying to remember the service you had recomended.Fortunately,I had printed and saved our correspondence from then and made our reservation with them again. Aren't you nice! You should receive a 5 euros discount on your return trip, if you booked R/T. They just seem to do this if you mention that you are a friend of mine. The more you use them, the better the discount..to a point, I think. I think my last few trips have been 40 euros!

Some friends arrived in Paris on Thusday..early, early and the traffic to/from airport was terrible. Took them 1 1/2 hrs. to get to town..they were glad they didn't have a taxi, with a meter running!

I'm looking for a car service and have seen your post.
Would you mind posting the details again? We will arrive on the Eurostar from London and then leave from CDG back to the US. Is this something your recommended service will do?
