Getting to Paris from London Dec 31?

How do I get to Paris from London on December 31st? Might I add the cheapest method possible. It's kind of hard last minute, but still hope there's something cheap out there. Please let me know. thanks!

A Eurostar daytrip return ticket would cost 90 USD (throw away the second half). However, the site wasn't working properly so I couldn't determine if seats are still available.

Flying BMI from Heathrow to CDG (online prices):
159 GBP for a 10:45 departure
94 GBP for a 13:40 departure
26 GBP for a 18:55 departure

Flying easyJet from Luton to CDG (online prices):
47.99 GBP for a 05:50 departure
77.00 GBP for a 12:15 peparture

On day return tickets you may not be able to carry any luggage, as it is for day returns only; maybe their in no control, but i've often seen this condition on day returns by ferry for example. Otherwise the cheapest ticket for your day is about $150 by train i think.

Hi dens,

The www.eurostar.com site is having trouble.

A RT day fare is about $95.

www.raileurope.com offers the RT day fare (leisure 5) for $47 ea way.

They also have a one-way (leisure 2) ticket for $90, good for M-Th only.

I'll add to my upstream post. If all else fails, you can take a Eurolines coach from London Victoria to Paris.
Leave at 08:00 and arrive at 18:15.
Leave at 12:00 and arrive at 21:15 (one hour shorter).
Cost: 46.00 GBP plus a 3.00 GBP booking fee.
See www.nationalexpress.com for the details.

eurostar is the overall easiest and many times the cheapest when factoring in all the cost of getting to the outer london airports. if you can try to leave late on Dec 30.
