Germany or Switzerland???

If you had a choice, would you spend two days in Germany or two days in Switzerland? We only have a short time but would love to see the scenery and just get a flavor of one of these places. We would be coming from London. We also want to see Paris for a couple of days. I know the short duration is less than ideal but it's what we have to work with. I am so overwhelmed trying to choose! HELP!!

Each has their charms-y for old-world charm/medieval buildings/beer gardens, marketplaces and culture, Switzerland for spectacular
natural scenery (mountains, lakes, etc.)
Depends on which you prefer, though I would guess that most responses will point you toward Switzerland.

Germany would be my choice.

However, if you have two days for Germany and two days for Paris, I'd choose ONE of those and spend 4 days. Otherwise, you are just "tic-ing" destinations and not really getting a chance to experience them.

Agree - apples and oranges. Also, Switz is MUCH more expensice than German if that is a factor.
