Does anyone know of any great furniture shopping in Italy, more specifically Tuscany? I'm looking for sleek and modern - a B&B Italia outlet store would be PERFECT!

You will get much more of a "sleek & modern selection in Milan. I have always found the furniture selection in Tuscany to be more country/Tuscan/classic. Pick up a copy of Casa Brava and you should be able to get more help.

If you are looking for quite a few pieces of furniture, town Como(north of Milan)is one of the major modern furniture manufacture centres in Italy. Most of them will arrange shipments.

I have used to subscribe to Casa Brava when I lived in Florence, but I think you can get it at an international magazine stand.
