Fun Foodie Classes - Italy

Buongiorno e' tutti,

My adult children and I are hoping to take one or two cooking classes while in the Florence area. We will be able to take day trips to anywhere in this area. Can anyone recommend classes that they have truly enjoyed? Many years ago I loved our day at Mama Agata's in Ravello!

Additionally, perhaps visit a cheese making establishment, balsamic vinegar making, or prosciutto di parma.

Grazie'
