Does anyone have a good tour guide that they would recommend for Rome? Years ago we used Francesca Caruso but I have no idea if she is still doing tours. Also, same question for Florence and this will be our first time there.

We used a company called IC Bellagio and they assigned us an excellent guide we had for 3 days. She picked us up at our hotel each morning at the time we specified in advance, either alone for a walking tour or with a driver if that's what we had arranged. We've used IC Bellagio on other trips and I cannot recommend them more highly. When I've taken trips in other countries I've asked IC Bellagio for a recommendation and those have worked well. It wasn't inexpensive but in the context of the trip it added so much value that it was completely worth the cost.
