Does anyone know when this actually takes place? Will it be impossible to get hotel res'v in Paris during that time? Thanks

May 27-June 9, 2002. Hotel reservations are more difficult, especially at the marquee hotels.

To Alex or Tennis Pro, do you know how difficult it is to get tickets? I am planning to be in Paris that week and would to go for a day. I understand tickets go on sale in March. Should I get a ticket ahead of time or do you think I can get one when I arrive (as at the US Open).

Ellen: I think you should be able to get tickets on the spot for the first week. However, if French participants should still be in the tournament in the second week, it will be more difficult. I think for the semi-finals and finals advanced purchase is a must whoever will be in there.<BR>I think you can purchase tickets on-line once their site is updated. It still shows last years information for the time being.
