French cuisine TV program

Hi

For the French speaking fodorites, there is a good food program that you can watch on Internet:

http://www.france5.fr/escapades/#

Click on 'Voir la vidéo'

The program is updated everyweek on Sunday, with a new thema or visit of a french region.

Sometimes, like this week, not for the fainthearted: how to cook a pig's ear (among other things)
But always interesting to discover the French cuisine's patrimoine (sorry don't know the english word) !

Regards

Marie

Hi MP,

Even with my poor French, I find the show very interesting.

Thanks for posting.

Merci for the link. As a French teacher, this is something I can share with my students.
