Frankfort airport (RM) hotels
Any suggestions on hotels near airport?? --not too expensive, if that is possible with the US$ so low these days. We will be in transit from Delhi to Houston in late February. Thanks for any input.

The Express Holiday Inn is 7 miles from the Frankfurt Airport. They are showing rates of 60 Euro for a double room at the end of February. Here is their website:

JaneB, if you get a good rate at the Sheraton would you please post it and tell how you got it. The best I could find was over $300.00 US. Cannot use Priceline as you cannot specify hotel by name. Looking forward to your results. Vicky

I've stayed at the Sheraton...sorry whatever the price its a great deal! Just a skywalk away from Frankfurt terminal. For only a few euro more stay on the conceriege level, separate checkin free booze and food just about 24/7...pays for itself. Great place to stay.

bajaflash: The Sheraton at the Frankfort airport is listed at $169US on asiahotels.com. I have used this site before and it is a favorite on the Asia Fodor's Talk. I won't be making reservations until February since I don't know the exact date we'll be there yet.
Recommended so far--Holiday Inn Express and the Sheraton at the airport. The location of the Sheraton is perfect. The price of the Holiday Inn Express is great. Any other recommendations to consider??

if the sheraton rate includes breakfast and taxes it is fabulous. treat yourself to some luxury as i imagine after some time in india, you will need to unwind before jumping back into "the routine"!
p.s. there is a small indoor pool also i think.
