France/Spain border
Hi!
We are thinking of traveling through France to Spain and back again this summer. We are northern Europeans and have had covid, so our main question is what is the condition at the border like? Are there queues? What do you need document wise and do they actually check? As it seems now, we would need to take a covid test in Spain to be able to re-enter France, is that available for tourists, and if so, what does it cost? We'll either go down the A-9 or N260. Any information is appreciated.
Thanks!

We are currently in Saint Sebastian and have driven into France twice over the last several days. Have seen roadblocks going into and out of both Spain and France but not always. Slows down traffic but all they do is look at you and wave you through

Today the French government officially discouraged travel from France to Spain or Portugal due to the huge new outbreak of covid in those countries; The border is not closed yet, but it is quite possible that this will happen in a few days.
